Not enough to put my plans off, they also make us waste precious vacations time and money! I called when I came back asking if they could at least have a car ready for me for the next morning and they said they couldn’t guarantee… that ppl could extend their car rental so they couldn’t guarantee a car…!!!! Really? How can you manger a business like that? Then he told me that the rental was canceled and I had to redo one!! He tried to make a rese For me as I was so upset and he kept me online for a half of hour for finally telling me that he couldn’t do it, I had to reso the a whole process online myself.
